Event/Trip Money
Envelops
- Kids are always coming up and giving you money for trips. It is
easy to forget where the $20 came from. You get pizza that night and
Jeff shows up at the bus the next morning! Print envelopes with all
the necessary info on it: Name, Phone, Email, Amount included, Amount
taken from account (if you do fund raisers), and address info for visitors
only. Then stick to your guns -- no money without envelops. It
will save you hours of headaches.
Info Center
- Have one location, and keep it stocked, where parents and students can
get everything they need. You could put it all on the web, but print
off some extra copies for those who may not check out your website.

It is a great apprenticing strategy. Check it out.
