Fall 2008 Start Dates

Thursday night classes begin August 28th, 2008. Application deadline is August 11th, 2008 .

Tuesday and Saturday UpLinc Courses will be available in August / September 2008 - call for details.

Winter Weather and Cancellations

Class cancellation decisions are made by 2:30 p.m. based upon the weather conditions in Lincoln and the forecast for that evening.
If the decision is made to cancel a notice will be posted on this page.
Cancellation announcements will be made on WIBI 91.1 (Springfield), 89.7 (Mt. Vernon), 91.7 (Vandalia) 91.1 (Metro St. Louis) WCIC 91.5 (Peoria), 98.9 (Bloomington), and 100.5(Galesburg) and WBGL 91.7(Champaign), 88.1(Decatur), 88.5(Terre Haute), and 104.7(Chicagoland).
The LincUp office (1-888-522-5228, ext. 2306) or the college switchboard (1-888-522-5228 or (217) 732-3168) may be contacted after 2:30 p.m. to determine if your class has been cancelled.
In many cases the decision as to whether or not to travel will be yours. Winter weather conditions can vary widely in Illinois so the ultimate decision may be yours. We care about your safety-so do what is safe. Should you decide that you are not going to drive, the LincUp office would appreciate an email or a call (1-888-522-5228, ext. 2306) that lets us know of your decision so that we are not looking for you.
