PURPOSE

The Lincoln Christian College Intramural (IM) program exists in order to develop a balanced and Christ-like character in the lives of students, and to strengthen the college community through competition, team building and involvement. A variety of individual and team sports are provided through the IM program ranging from the regular League Season play to One-Day Floor Tournaments. The LCC IM program will strive to encourage, provide and promote recreational activities to enrich the quality of the physical, mental, spiritual and social life for the LCC community within a structured and fun environment.

PARTICIPANTS

  • Eligibility - It is the expectation of IM programs that members of this community will assume the responsibility for their own eligibility in an honest and forthright manner.
  • Students - All student participants (Seminary/College) must be enrolled (full or part-time) at LincolnChristianCollege.
  •  Faculty & Staff - All participants must be employed by LincolnChristianCollege.
  •  Intercollegiate Athletes - “In-Season” intercollegiate athletes (Basketball, Volleyball, Softball/Baseball, Soccer) are restricted from participating in their specific sports. “Off-Season” athletes are allowed to participate as individuals and groups up to three per team; including coaching staff.
